Customer Service: Return Policy

Returns of merchandise may be made within the first 30 days after you receive the merchandise for full refund minus shipping and handling charges. Returns made after the 30th day (from the date you received your merchandise) will not be accepted.

To return an item, e-mail us at fjgio@cebridge.net  for a return item authorization number. Returns made without this number will not be accepted nor refunded.

Items returned must be in the same condition it was when it left our studio. If the item(s) is/are not clean, & in new condition, we will not accept it for return.

You are responsible for the shipping & insurance on any items you return.

Refunds are not offered on gift certificates.
